We use films of very high quality in collaboration with established players that have been proven in end-user devices.

Dedicated 150 mm piezoelectric MEMS line on pre-production level

We use a ISO-9001 certified fabrication system in a dedicated line for piezoMEMS. Our customers often have direct contact with the processing engineer.

Modelling of device ideas and design assistance

After designing piezoMEMS for more than 15 years of we know how to do it. That will save you time. We use both in-house analytical tools and FEM modelling of device concepts.

Cost saving multi project batch solutions

Our PiezoMEMS Multi Project Batch scheme offers production of PiezoMEMS devices down to only 3 wafers per customer. By combining the orders from different customers into a single batch, fabrication costs are reduced by around 40 %.

Advanced characterization tools

We have access to a wide range of state-of-the-art characterization laboratories and modeling tools, either through our own facilities or through partnerships with other research institutions.

Project flexibility

Flexibility is necessary to face changes and
uncertainty when developing a new device. We give the customer complete control over their project.
